The Senior Manager for Educational Services & Adoptions at MakeMusic leads curriculum adoption strategies, coordinates teams, and oversees the proposal process to drive revenue growth in K-12 education. This role involves collaboration among various departments, managing a team, and ensuring compliance and quality in submissions.
The role involves managing existing national accounts to retain clients, increase profitable sales, and enhance brand awareness by developing tailored programs including branding, equipment recommendations, and training schedules. Responsibilities also include managing all aspects of customer programs like pricing and service, tracking contracts, and identifying new strategic national targets.
The Senior Account Manager will prepare professional proposals and presentations targeting senior decision-makers to articulate TELUS' solutions and demonstrate measurable value aligned with client objectives. They will own customer relationships, manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce, and champion solutions within client organizations while advocating for client needs internally.
