Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related area and 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategic finance, or comparable real estate investment roles.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills: you’re comfortable working with large datasets both in spreadsheets and in databases.
- SQL skills required: you will need to be capable enough to hold your weight and not be dependent on your Data teammates for impact.
- Passion for data: you're excited by the opportunity to sit within our Data team, ramp up your data skillset, and adopt new approaches to finance workflows.
- Business judgement: you have strong intuition when it comes to making judgement calls or generating reasonable assumptions on the fly.
- Strong synthesis skills: you have the ability to stitch together cohesive narratives and generate actionable insights from large pools of messy data with potentially contradictory signals.
- Client/customer-facing: you’re comfortable engaging directly with external partners, property owners, and investors. You bring professionalism, polish, and strong communication skills to high-stakes conversations and presentations.
