• Conduct daily trade practice surveillance and support the onboarding of new customers to promote compliance from day one. • Prepare, draft, and submit accurate and timely regulatory filings to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, while identifying, investigating, and escalating potential trade practice violations in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. • Partner closely with the Regulation team on investigations, regulatory reporting, and all matters related to trade practice oversight. • Build and maintain effective working relationships with regulators to support ongoing compliance with Commodity Futures Trading Commission rules and regulations. • Serve as the primary liaison between the Exchange and third-party service providers to implement and enhance market surveillance systems. • Provide rotational coverage during market hours to ensure continuous, effective market monitoring and timely risk response.
