The Associate Vice President of Data Analytics & Insights will advance strategic goals for Marketing and Admissions by transforming business priorities into actionable analytics strategies and enhancing reporting capabilities. This role involves guiding the analytics team to deliver high-quality analyses, dashboards, and tools that drive measurable results and inform executive decision-making.

This high-impact leadership role is responsible for the design, implementation, and operational and clinical performance of the centralized care model across all centralized services, including support operations and virtual outreach teams. The VP will also lead the design and execution of multiple new national service lines, reporting directly to the COO.

This role involves leading platform engineering modernization by unifying global engineering practices through automation and self-service, architecting and scaling an Automated Service Catalog for standardized, lifecycle-managed services across multiple regions. The leader will convert conceptual global vision into strategy, roadmap, and operating models, applying AI/agentic automation to decisioning flows to significantly reduce delivery times.
