- Manage user permissions, roles, and system security settings
- Maintain and monitor system integrations and data imports
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to admissions staff
- Develop and maintain queries, datasets, and reports within Slate
- Create dashboards and data visualizations for enrollment leadership
- Analyze application and recruitment data to support strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain communication rules, event registrations, and automated workflows in Slate
- Optimize admissions processes and improve system efficiency
- Support recruitment and marketing initiatives through CRM automation
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of applicant and prospect data
- Perform regular data audits and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain data governance standards within the system
- Train admissions and enrollment staff on Slate processes and best practices
- Develop documentation for system workflows and procedures
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Slate CRM
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, business administration, or related field

- Experience creating Slate queries, datasets, forms, and workflows
- Experience managing data imports, integrations, or system configuration within Slate
