The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for a large, geographically dispersed employee population while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role also serves as a subject matter expert, guides the Payroll Administrator, and acts as the primary backup to the Payroll Manager.

The intern will support key functions of the Advocacy team by assisting with operational, legislative, and campaign-related tasks, including maintaining internal resources and developing campaign materials. Responsibilities involve assisting with the maintenance of the Lawmaker Profile Library and updating the Cancer Action Day Toolkit for advocates.

Responsibilities include supporting the annual Lights of Hope fundraiser through volunteer management, sponsor recognition, and creating marketing materials. The intern will also assist in creating training materials for leadership summits and organizing event evaluation data.
