• Partner with sales and CS to understand business goals
• Design scalable solutions based on platform capabilities
• Create solution documentation and integration architecture
• Stay up to date on product roadmap and capabilities
• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering
• Architect customer-specific solutions
• Document and present solution plans
• Collaborate with implementation and CS teams
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of Technical Solutions and/or Integration experience
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a strong customer focus
- Strong relationship-building
- Deep understanding of the product and APIs
- Strong technical communication
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Knowledge of integrations, data flows, and platform architecture
- Collaborative spirit with a bias toward action, efficiency, and continuous improvement
