• Partner with Finance and Revenue teams to support revenue tracking, forecasting, and analysis • Ensure contracting process aligns revenue, billing and collections expectations • Build and maintain a Vendor Spend Model, incorporating both actuals and forward-looking FP&A assumptions • Own and maintain an Allocated P&L, ensuring costs and revenue are appropriately categorized and understood • Lead COGS Analysis to improve understanding of unit economics and margin performance • Support ad hoc financial analysis for leadership, finance, and cross functional partners • Maintain regular "eyes on" product and business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities early • Translate financial data into clear insights that help teams understand what's working, what's not and why. • Validate that all CRM customers (Salesforce) and contracts are billed (Campfire) accurately and completely • Ensure reported MRR aligns with P&L and expected revenue performance • Bill Pay + Corporate Card system (Ramp) to Accounting (Campfire)
