The Senior Counsel, Corporate will lead and support legal work for corporate development activities across all stages of M&A deals, including structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and integration. This role also involves supporting the company's growing corporate governance needs in preparation for potential public company status.
This role will primarily focus on supporting the business by reviewing, advising on, and negotiating commercial contracts such as sales agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to execute various contracts, guiding sales teams on deal structure, and improving the contract management process.
