Job Requirements
- 5–10 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, GTM Systems, Growth Programs, or Business Operations in a scaling SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience evaluating and improving complex GTM tech ecosystems (including Salesforce and adjacent tools)
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that improved revenue performance, streamlined workflows, reduced tool redundancy, or strengthened integrations
- Strong partnership across Sales, Enablement, RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Data teams
- Experience managing enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
