• Lead client meetings for discovery, planning, and envisioning of solutions • Present and create demos, whiteboarding, and provide technical RFP responses • Participate in discovery meetings to understand current business processes and legacy data components • Conduct GAP analyses and validate business practices in Dynamics D365 • Identify creative solutions for non-standard processes and configure applications; accordingly, review configuration and design changes to ensure consistency • Develop and deliver presentations outlining findings and recommendations • Translate functional business objectives into functional documents and workflows • Serve as liaison with project managers and technical leads for solution design and scheduling • Collaborate with sales on demonstrations, scoping, and estimation • Stay updated on latest D365 features including Microsoft Co-Pilot, AI, and Agentification
