Role Description
We are expanding our remote travel support team and seeking detail-oriented professionals to assist with itinerary coordination and client reservations. As a Remote Cruise Planner, you will support clients in planning and booking travel arrangements while providing professional, organized service in a fully remote environment. Structured onboarding and ongoing team support are provided.
The Remote Vacation Coordinator assists clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating travel plans while ensuring accuracy and timely communication. This role is focused on customer support, booking coordination, and administrative organization in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages
- Provide general destination information and itinerary support to clients
- Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and online communication platforms
- Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
- Follow company procedures and guidelines related to bookings and client communication
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills and reliable internet access
- Minimum age of 18
- Authorized to work from approved regions (U.S., U.K., or other approved locations)
- Prior travel industry experience is not required; training is provided
