Overview

Remote Inbound Sales Representative - Tire and Auto Service  

U.S. Remote  

Full Time Shifts Available 12-9 pm (Eastern) on Saturday and 4 weekdays. (Weekdays TBD) 

Compensation: $40-60K (base of $19.23/hour guaranteed plus uncapped commissions!)

  • Ask questions, depart knowledge, and guide customers seamlessly through their automotive journey. 

  • Collaborate with our super team to conquer customer escalations and resolutions! 

  • Educate and schedule customers for a date with destiny at a Sun Auto Tire & Service location. 

  • Respond faster than a pit stop crew to maintenance and retention requests 

  • Keep our customer records shinier than a freshly waxed car!

Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing (CSR heroes, we're looking at you!) 

  • Familiarity with InContact, Zendesk, or similar telephony and CRM software  

  • A track record of good tenure 

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Teams 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for a bachelor’s degree) 

  • Remote work experience – because we believe in the power of flexibility! 

  • A private workspace free from distractions and a high-speed internet  

  • Bilingual skills are a plus
