Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Simplify and maintain sales operations processes and policies using lean methodologies to continuously improve customer account data by remediation in UCM (Reltio) platform and downstream systems.
Execute processes to support customer account requests within the agreed upon support level agreement.
Coordinate all activities related to quarter and month end customer support.
Act as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues & complaints arising from account requests.
Provide expertise outside of immediate team in the form of special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in order management, customer sales/service, data entry or similar experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, customer service and/or data administration roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people
Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong English capability in both spoken and written
Willingness to work various shifts/hours at quarter close that can include weekends, evenings, holidays
Must have a dedicated home office that includes high speed internet access or if local, can work from GEHC Waukesha office

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
