The Supervisor of the Revenue Cycle and Patient Accounts team will assist with leadership and support to the staff as well as operational management.
Qualifications: Leadership experience required, Patient Account/Revenue Cycle experience strongly preferred
Schedule: 8 hours between 7am - 7pm, to include some Saturdays
Remote work: This position is eligible for remote work in accordance with SSM policies. Note that remote work is not permissible in some states; Human Resources should be consulted for additional information and guidance.

Job Summary:
Supervises the daily activities of the patient account representatives.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides oversight for processing insurance payments, following up on denied claims, and resolving credit balances.
- Creates work schedules, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
- Responsible for management functions including activities related to staffing such as recruitment, hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation determination.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
EXPERIENCE
- Two years' experience
