Brief Overview:
Manages day-to-day execution of predefined and ad hoc engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturer clients. Serves as primary contact for delivery coordination and ensures high-quality, on-time execution aligned with product standards.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications
- Translates product specifications into client-ready outputs and presentations.
- Coordinates cross-functional contributors across analytics, product, and operation
- Tracks engagement performance metrics and proactively mitigates risks
- Ensures adherence to defined scope and delivery standards
- Identifies process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency
- Supports revenue growth through identification of additional client needs
- Provides guidance to Business Analysts to ensure analytical rigor and quality control
Education
- Bachelor's Degree required.(Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
- Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
Prior Relevant Work Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership
- Experience managing external client relationships required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
