Job Title: Media Buyer, Social

Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000

Adswerve is looking for a Social Media Buyer to join the Performance Media team! The Social Media Buyer is responsible for launching, managing, and strategically optimizing complex social media campaigns across all major platforms. This role requires a blend of technical platform expertise, creative analytical skills, and a commitment to driving measurable ROI for a variety of client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage campaigns across all major platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit
  • Proactively monitor and optimize campaign pacing, delivery, and performance to ensure all initiatives remain within allocated budgets while consistently exceeding benchmark returns month-over-month.
  • Analyze campaign performance effectively using data trends from native platforms and Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Craft meaningful, proactive recommendations and insight notes for client review that drive a positive impact on performance.
  • Clearly translate advertiser needs into strategic plans tailored to specific performance goals.
  • Partner with clients to align organic strategies with paid media efforts to create a fully integrated social approach.
  • Gather and audit creative assets to ensure proper campaign setup.
  • Utilize customized conversion tracking and tag management to extend optimization efforts beyond simple click-through rates.
  • Collaborate across the Performance Media team and Client Services teams to ensure alignment between clients’ goals and opportunities. 
  • Contribute to thought leadership in team meetings, sharing process improvements, new best practices, and testing ideas.

Experience: 

  • 2+ years of dedicated paid social media ad buying experience, ideally within an agency environment managing multiple advertiser accounts.
  • Extensive experience with Meta Business Manager and a thorough understanding of tag management and customized conversion tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

This position pays a base salary of $70,000 to $85,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
