Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking friendly, organized individuals to join our growing team as Remote Client Experience Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients throughout the travel planning process by helping organize itineraries, researching travel options, and coordinating reservations.

This position focuses on delivering a positive client experience by ensuring every trip detail is well organized and accurately arranged. You will communicate with clients, help them explore travel possibilities, and support them with updates or adjustments to their reservations when needed.

The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, staying organized, and working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help clients organize and plan travel itineraries based on their interests and travel goals

  • Research and compare travel options using approved booking systems and resources

  • Coordinate and confirm reservations with travel providers and partners

  • Provide clear information and helpful suggestions based on traveler preferences and budget

  • Maintain professional communication with clients through phone, email, and digital messaging platforms

  • Assist with reservation updates, schedule changes, and general service inquiries

  • Keep client profiles, booking information, and documentation organized and accurate

  • Participate in team training sessions and ongoing development opportunities
