- Active P&C Insurance License (required)
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role within the insurance industry
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet with the ability to connect directly via Modem (Wi-Fi capability not accepted)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
