Job Requirements
- 3+ years of instructional design or learning experience design experience, ideally within enablement or fast-paced learning environments.
- Proficiency with Articulate Rise/Storyline, video production, and other eLearning authoring tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for writing, design, and workflow acceleration (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar).
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and the Kirkpatrick Model.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with an ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
- Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and content publishing workflows.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and comfort balancing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative communicator who builds trust and alignment across teams.
