Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Engineering, Computer Science, Geography, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of GIS experience supporting utility environments.
- Hands-on experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Network configuration.
- Experience modeling electric utility distribution networks.
- Experience integrating GIS with OMS or other operational systems.
- Strong understanding of: Electric distribution network connectivity, network topology and tracing concepts, data modeling and system integration principles.
- Experience with Python, SQL, or scripting for data management and automation.
- Experience with web services, APIs, and data exchange methods.
- Strong expertise in Esri Utility Network architecture and configuration, utility electric network modeling expertise, GIS data governance and data quality management, systems integration and interface design.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed consulting environment.
- Ability to balance delivery execution with advisory and presales support.
