Sentara Health is hiring a Supervisor, Patient Accounting to work full time days with the billing and client services department in the consolidated lab.
The Supervisor, Patient Accounting supervises assigned staff; manages the day-to-day billing and collections (or reporting and audit) activities of assigned area; participates in strategic planning for the department; serves as a technical resource to team members, assisting with tasks as necessary; communicates effectively with supervisor, staff, patients, third party payors and others to resolve problems and/or concerns.

We provide market-compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay for Full Time employment, this position, is min $ 29.21 – max $ 48.68 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities .
