Job DetailsPosition Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 SalaryJob Shift: DayJob Category: SalesGENERAL DESCRIPTION   The Head of Sales Midwest is a remote position responsible for developing, implementing and executing, sales strategies that promote growth and drive revenue within the region,. This role plays a critical part in achieving sales targets, fostering client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The Head of Sales Midwest is expected to be a seasoned sales professional with a thorough understanding of the Dietary Supplement Industry with a focus contract manufacturing.   ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to:   Sales Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.   Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.   Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.   Remote Communication: Engage and build rapport with customers and colleagues remotely through various virtual platforms.   Digital Tools Utilization: Leverage digital tools for sales presentations, client engagement, and performance tracking.   Data Analysis: Utilize proficiency in sales analysis tools (e.g., CRM, SAP, Tableau) to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales processes.   Travel: Travel as necessary for client meetings, trade shows, and team coordination. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:   3-5 years of sales management experience in the nutraceutical industry. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong time management and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
