Job Description

• Drive the monthly close calendar, checklist, cutoffs, and review cadence • Deliver clean financial statements with clear variance and flux analysis • Lead monthly reconciliations across bank/credit card, AR, AP, payroll, inventory, and deferred revenue • Maintain audit-ready support schedules, surface issues early, and ensure clear ownership and resolution timelines • Strengthen policies, controls, and documentation standards • Maintain PBC-ready schedules and support external CPAs and tax teams • Support COA and segment design, approvals, workflows, roles, permissions, and reporting structure • Manage onshore and offshore accounting resources with SOPs, SLAs, and QA standards • Deploy AI to support exception detection, reconciliation assistance, close package drafting, and documentation indexing

Job Requirements

  • Proven Controller or Assistant Controller experience with full ownership of close and financial reporting
  • NetSuite experience required (implementation experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong GAAP foundation with audit and external CPA/tax support experience
  • Experience leading distributed and offshore accounting teams
  • High standards for process, controls, documentation, and follow-through
  • Comfortable working remotely and flexing hours during close and cutover periods
