Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Work From Home Cruise Planner to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will assist clients in planning and booking cruise vacations tailored to their preferences, budget, and travel goals. Responsibilities include researching cruise lines, destinations, and itineraries; providing personalized recommendations; managing reservations; and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. You will also maintain client relationships, follow up on inquiries, and stay up to date on promotions, industry trends, and travel requirements.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a supportive team. Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for travel are essential. Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
