Role Description

The Gov’t Lending Annual Servicing Manager I is responsible for taking ownership of all tasks and challenges encountered in the operation of their assigned position. This entry-level position involves:

  • Requesting financial statements and completing annual servicing on the Bank’s existing Government Loan Portfolio.
  • Assisting with loan servicing action requests and completing site visits as deemed appropriate.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting is recommended.
  • At least one year of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of personal computer, Windows, and Microsoft software applications is required.
  • Ability to prepare documents and compose business letters and memorandums.
  • Good knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and general office machines.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of the SBA SOP’s.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Cooperative and willing to assist coworkers and customers regularly.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Possesses multi-tasking skills and can function well under pressure.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and respond to customer and coworker concerns.
  • Patience and willingness to help others in solving problems while maintaining a positive attitude.
