Role Description
The Gov’t Lending Annual Servicing Manager I is responsible for taking ownership of all tasks and challenges encountered in the operation of their assigned position. This entry-level position involves:
- Requesting financial statements and completing annual servicing on the Bank’s existing Government Loan Portfolio.
- Assisting with loan servicing action requests and completing site visits as deemed appropriate.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting is recommended.
- At least one year of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of personal computer, Windows, and Microsoft software applications is required.
- Ability to prepare documents and compose business letters and memorandums.
- Good knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation.
- Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and general office machines.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of the SBA SOP’s.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organization skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Cooperative and willing to assist coworkers and customers regularly.
- Effective listening skills.
- Possesses multi-tasking skills and can function well under pressure.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and respond to customer and coworker concerns.
- Patience and willingness to help others in solving problems while maintaining a positive attitude.
