• Leverage third-party large language model (LLM) APIs to build and maintain AI-powered features across HubSpot.com and other high-traffic web properties. • Support and enhance generative AI search capabilities to deliver smarter, more personalized content discovery on our websites. • Drive the continued evolution of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) across HubSpot.com, using AI-driven systems to improve content visibility, performance, and discoverability in AI-powered search environments. • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of AI-driven features by managing LLM proxy traffic in partnership with our DevOps team, monitoring usage metrics, and maintaining robust application security. • Build and support internal tools for content generation and automation, streamlining marketing workflows and improving efficiency. • Establish frameworks and best practices for rapid prototyping and documentation of AI-driven tools. • Integrate and help guide ongoing efficiencies around AI-enhanced developer tools to boost team productivity and code quality. • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI and microapp projects, including scoping, experimentation, technical design, implementation, and measurement. • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy guidelines when integrating third-party AI services. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI capabilities with Marketing and SEO/AEO goals.
