Role Description
This role is a critical opportunity to lead program-level delivery of global compliance initiatives in a fast-paced, SaaS environment. You will oversee integrated roadmaps, track performance metrics, and manage dependencies across Product, Engineering, Localization, Sales, and client-facing teams. This hands-on role combines strategic planning with operational execution, requiring someone who is highly organized, systems-oriented, and adept at navigating complex initiatives. The position offers visibility into global compliance operations, enabling measurable impact on audit readiness, process automation, and regulatory alignment. Success in this role will enhance governance, strengthen compliance practices, and support sustainable growth across international supply chains.
- Own program-level planning, coordination, and execution of global compliance and regulatory content initiatives.
- Maintain the master Global Compliance Content Management (GCCM) roadmap, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status across workstreams.
- Partner with project managers, regional leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent sequencing and execution of initiatives.
- Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, Localization, Sales, Supplier Support, and client-facing teams.
- Establish standardized program artifacts including intake tracking, timelines, status reports, and decision logs.
- Track and report program KPIs such as throughput, SLA adherence, turnaround time, and automation readiness.
- Support governance by surfacing risks, blockers, and tradeoffs with clear recommendations to leadership.
- Enable compliance automation and operational improvements, ensuring alignment between regulatory intent and system implementation timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, or related field.
- 5+ years of program management experience in SaaS, technology, or regulated environments.

- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Operations, and client-facing teams.
- Strong systems thinking, comfortable navigating ambiguity while building structure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-ready reporting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Wrike.
- Experience with KPI development, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with compliance, HSE, ESG, or regulated content domains is preferred.
- PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous.
Benefits
- Competitive annual salary: $98,500 - $120,000, with potential bonus.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
