Job Description
Under general direction, participates on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains. Designs, builds and tests system configuration. Translates business requirements into technical solutions. Conducts quality reviews of system builds.
This position is based in La Jolla, CA, and is offered as a remote opportunity. Candidates must reside within the San Diego metropolitan area or in one of the approved out-of-area (OOA) states listed below under Work Location Eligibility. This role is supported through Scripps Health’s partnership with Superlanet, a professional employer organization (PEO).
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Required Certification/Registration: Specific to applications supported. Must currently hold an active Epic Beaker AP or CP certification
