• Assist in the creation of social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) • Help generate content ideas, including blog posts, newsletters, graphics, etc. • Manage content calendar and publication dates to ensure multi-functional teams are up to date, and content is moving on time • Monitor and track engagement across social media platforms • Support email and landing page production for the website by assisting with template setup and page design • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, coordinating meetings, and assisting with project management tasks • Provide support to the marketing team by managing content workflows within the online project management tool to ensure content is produced in a timely manner • Regularly communicate with your supervisor to review progress, set goals, and receive feedback
