Job Requirements
- 3+ years of multi-unit orthodontic leadership experience
- Strong understanding of orthodontic clinical workflows and operational systems
- Preferred knowledge of Medicaid insurance billing within orthodontics
- Experience managing multiple practices simultaneously
- Proficient in Gaidge
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to interpret KPI reporting and full P&Ls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-builder with ability to influence and support doctors and teams
- Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays
- Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
