• Independently lead high-impact analytics projects that inform strategy and improve business outcomes • Design and evaluate experiments (including A/B tests, geo tests, and incrementality analyses) to measure campaign efficacy and guide channel investment decisions • Develop and enhance customer attribution methodologies and marketing performance frameworks • Partner closely with Marketing and Data Science to identify new modeling opportunities that drive targeting and bidding efficiency • Develop and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, and data pipelines that support ongoing performance monitoring and reporting • Mentor junior analysts and elevate analytical rigor and collaboration across the team • Communicate complex insights to stakeholders at all levels, including Director and VP audiences
