This senior commercial role offers the opportunity to lead revenue growth and market expansion across the U.S. Utilities and Broadband sectors. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, building and nurturing executive-level relationships, and executing complex sales strategies that deliver multimillion-dollar outcomes. Operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment, you will combine industry insight, consultative selling, and strategic account development to expand market share and influence critical infrastructure projects. The role requires a proven hunter with deep understanding of broadband, utilities, and engineering-led clients, capable of translating opportunities into tangible results. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution, while staying ahead of industry trends, regulatory programs, and competitive dynamics.
- Delivering annual revenue targets and managing end-to-end sales cycles across Broadband, CATV, Telecom, Power, Water, and Gas sectors.
- Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with decision-makers in MSOs, ISPs, utilities, and engineering-led organizations.
- Leading consultative engagements and developing compelling proposals, presentations, SOWs, and commercial frameworks.
- Identifying whitespace opportunities, emerging markets, and long-term growth areas across the U.S. utilities and broadband landscape.
- Penetrating large enterprise and utility accounts, aligning executive stakeholders, and driving account development strategies.
- Collaborating with internal engineering, delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitoring market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory programs (e.g., BEAD) to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
Qualifications
- 10–18+ years of sales or business development experience within engineering, IT services, telecom, utilities, or network infrastructure.
- At least 6 years of direct experience selling into the U.S. broadband/telecom ecosystem (MSOs, ISPs, utilities, or engineering/construction firms).
- Proven track record of delivering large enterprise or utility sales, including multimillion-dollar deals.
- Established relationships with senior decision-makers across engineering, construction, and network operations.
- Expertise selling services, engineering solutions, or technical delivery offerings.
- Strong executive-level communication, negotiation, and commercial strategy skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Valid U.S. work authorization (Citizenship, Green Card, or independent work visa).
- Working knowledge of broadband network design, GIS, or utility platforms is an advantage.
