Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of API design and integration (REST, webhooks, authentication methods like OAuth2/JWT).
- Familiarity with payment systems and banking rails such as ACH, wires, RTP, FedNow, and card issuing/processing.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (KYC/AML, BSA/OFAC, PCI-DSS, data security).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices (AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging).
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and fintech partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of technical experience in fintech, payments, banking technology, or SaaS/API integration.
- Prior experience at a sponsor bank, card issuer, processor, or BaaS provider strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in partner/enterprise technical integration projects, including discovery, UAT, and go-live.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, data mapping, and financial reconciliation workflows is a plus.
