This leader is accountable for production trust across the platform, ensuring enterprise AI workloads operate reliably, safely, and predictably under real-world constraints. Key duties include owning the end-to-end quality and reliability strategy, defining production readiness standards, and designing continuous validation frameworks for agentic workloads.

The Solutions Engineer acts as the technical face in customer interactions, responsible for understanding customer AI landscapes, mapping technology stacks, and supporting pre-sales qualification. Additionally, the role involves outbound technical advocacy through content creation, event speaking, and community engagement.

The role involves owning demand generation and early-stage pipeline across three channels: self-built outbound, inbound/MQL follow-up, and partner co-sell engagements. The primary commercial milestone is securing a workshop engagement, which serves as the entry point into enterprise accounts.
