• Validate compensation results, identify risks and recommend scalable technical solutions
• Support audits and inquiries related to third-party compensation calculations and payments

Partnership & Process Improvement
• Partner with Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and business teams to ensure accurate
and timely payments
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex 3P compensation scenarios
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate third-party compensation processes
• Build and maintain detailed documentation for compensation logic, data sources, and system
workflows
• Support system enhancements, migrations, and future-state design related to 3P compensation
• Contribute to training and enablement materials for internal teams supporting third-parties

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, math/accountancy, data science, or related field, preferred
• 3–5+years of experience in incentive compensation, accounting, finance, or data-insights roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to explain calculations and outcomes
to stakeholders
• Critical thinking and resourceful problem-solving abilities
• Advanced MS Excel capabilities
• Experience with compensation/commission systems or technology (e.g., Oracle, Xactly),
