As the BizOps Governance and Technical Liaison, you will report to the Business Operations Lead within the Program Support Management Office (PSMO), providing governance and technical support across the Subscriber Management Team, Service Integration & Strategic Alignment, and Project Management Teams. You will coordinate responses to customer governance inquiries, support the creation and maintenance of subscriber SOWs/TDSs, and collaborate with the Internal Auditor and Internal Readiness Program Lead to ensure program governance documentation aligns with ESM instructions and relevant TASKORDs. This role also serves as a liaison between the SMT/SALT and CSSP teams, leveraging a strong understanding of DCOW activities, SOPs, and DTPs. Key responsibilities include reviewing subscriber RFIs (architecture diagrams, HW/SW lists, IP lists) for completeness and identifying gaps for the D-SIL Team.
Required Skills:
• CSSP environment experience
• Understanding of modern cyber defense policies, procedures, and frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity incident response scenarios
• Attention to detail and discrepancies impacting PSMO/Subscriber Management
• Knowledge of CJCSM 6510.01B
• Ability to interpret policy and procedures
• Extensive knowledge of DOD Cyber directives, policies, and accreditation metrics
• Experience with CSSP capability testing and reporting
• Knowledge of IT security principles, Cybersecurity Service Provider reporting, full spectrum cyber capabilities, and network security methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Efficient time management
Desired Skills:
• Cyber analytical experience within a DOD environment
• Experience with regulatory compliance and inspections
• Experience with DISA ESM Accreditation, CCRI, and CCORI
• Experience creating technical and non-technical documentation
• Ability to understand technology, management, and leadership issues
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work effectively with all personnel and teams within a CSSP environment
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain subscriber SOWs/TDSs.
• Collaborate on governance documentation alignment with ESM and TASKORDs.
• Liaison between SMT/SALT and CSSP teams, supporting DCOW activities.
• Review subscriber RFIs for completeness and identify gaps.
Salary:120k+ dependent on education and experience
