Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud to lead requirements, solution design, and end‑to‑end Quote-to-Cash process improvements.
- Lead discovery sessions and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Act as the SME for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and related modules.
- Design and optimize quoting, pricing, product catalog, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, and billing flows.
- Work closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support data mapping, integrations, UAT planning, training, and post‑go‑live adoption.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ + Revenue Cloud.
- Solid understanding of product rules, pricing strategies, subscription lifecycle, and invoicing.
- Experience with ERP or financial system integrations.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
Requirements
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).
- Experience with SaaS, manufacturing, telecom, or subscription-based models (preferred).
