Job Requirements
- B.S. in Life Sciences or Engineering is required (higher level of education would be beneficial)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the cell & gene therapy market, with preferable laboratory / process-based experience using Monolith chromatography and TFF.
- Knowledge of LNPs is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of customer facing experience, with preferable sales or public speaking experience
- Hands-on knowledge and proactive usage of SFDC and other CRM tools
- Must reside in a commutable distance to Boston
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, capacity to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel
