The Staff Technical Recruiter will lead technical recruiting efforts in the U.S. and Canada, focusing initially on penetrating key tech markets against top competitors and rewriting the engineering hiring playbook. Subsequently, the role offers a path to either build and lead the technical recruiting team or continue as a strategic Individual Contributor, partnering with leadership to evolve talent practices.
