• Report directly to the executive team throughout consulting assignments for financial risk management clients • Manage a small team of professionals that includes both employees and client resources on customer engagements • Identify, plan, coordinate, verify deliverables on customer engagements, assigning team members to deliverables • Ensure that data and information related to projects are managed to expectations and within strict budget and time constraints • Collaborate with the business unit and IT sponsors to establish project goals, criteria for success, and risk assessments • Manage approved funding with business sponsors and IT • Cooperate with architecture team to ensure alignment of solutions with overall IT strategy and data governance • Organize coordination of successful project delivery within various IT teams • Create and manage a realistic project plan with buy-in from all resources and business sponsors • Deliver status reports to stakeholders and facilitate appropriate communication amongst stakeholders and teams while ensuring clarity on goals, priorities, and responsibilities • Manage projects related to major packages for data warehouse, ETL, and reporting systems • Work closely with support teams to manage transition and warranty period
