Job Requirements

6+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems
3+ years of hands-on AWS experience in development or administration
3+ years of experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda)
3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and/or contact center technologies
3+ years of experience integrating APIs, serverless functions, and cloud-native service
3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation
3+ years of experience with security best practices, logging, and monitoring in AWS
3+ years of experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or equivalent)
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional OR AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
Preferred: Experience with AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering
Preferred: Experience with hybrid cloud or third-party integrations
Preferred: Experience with cost optimization and FinOps
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Hybrid Cloud Architectures
Preferred: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
