Job Description
We’re hiring a Product Manager to bring clarity, focus, and strategic direction to Nixtla’s products as we scale post-Series A. This is an opportunity to join early, work closely with engineering, research, sales, and leadership, and play a meaningful role in shaping our roadmap, product processes, and long-term product vision.
- Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with company strategy and Series A growth goals
- Turn customer feedback, usage data, and market signals into clear priorities
- Partner closely with engineering and research to scope, ship, and iterate on high-impact features
- Bring structure and rigor to product discovery and validation processes
- Write clear product briefs, PRDs, and success metrics
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to translate enterprise needs into scalable product capabilities
- Improve product analytics and instrumentation to better track adoption and value realization
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and help the company make principled trade-offs
- Champion the user experience across both developer and enterprise audiences
Job Requirements
- Have 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or developer tools
- Are comfortable working with technical teams and discussing APIs, models, and data workflows
- Have experience in B2B or enterprise product environments
- Bring strong strategic thinking and execution discipline
- Strong ownership mindset: you’re proactive, organized, and can operate without heavy process.
- Startup/scale-up experience preferred (or the mindset to thrive in one)
