Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review complex federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff and seniors on tax projects and career development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—responding to inquiries, providing tax planning guidance, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct tax research and stay up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to firm growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, firm policies, and government regulations.

Qualifications
  • CPA license required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client relationships.
  • Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
