Job Requirements
- Two years of customer service experience
- Customer oriented with excellent oral and written skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
- Ability to multi-task between various software platforms (CallShaper, SNAP, Brightree)
- Self-motivated, team player
- Works well in a fast-paced professional environment
- Ability to work independently and meet target goals
- Dedicated home office space free of distractions and noise
- High speed home internet
- Must be available Monday-Friday 10am - 6:30pm EST
