Job Description

• Cultivate a seamless and enjoyable experience for candidates at every phase of the recruitment cycle • Manage the interview scheduling process across our high-volume sales roles • Initiating and managing the background check process • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy in HR systems • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to enhance recruitment workflows • Ensure compliance with TA process and policies • Assist in establishing and strengthening partnerships with HR, IT, Training, and other departments

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience with Workday Recruiting
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field
  • Exceptional ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledgeable about applicant tracking systems
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
