Job Requirements
- Five plus years of professional locums/temporary staffing recruitment experience in the Federal healthcare industry: required
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience may be considered) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field: required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the public.
- Strong understanding of external resources; job boards/databases, mining the web, social media, email marketing and cold calling.
- Displays integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to travel as needed for job fairs, client meetings, and industry events.
