• Orchestrating large-scale changes within the organization • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the business leads • Develop long-term transformation roadmaps that align with the organization’s 3–5 year strategic goals • Oversee the full lifecycle of complex programs—from initial diagnostic and design to implementation and handoff • Coordinate with the right stakeholders and SMEs across the organization • Ensure proper risk identification and management • Enforce appropriate governance and reporting standards for the program • Measure success of the program against the original business case
