Job Requirements
- 7-10 years or more of healthcare experience
- At least 5 years in data science and data analytics
- Must be able to function in Tableau, GPC, Excel, QuickBase, and other databases
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager
- Experience with Electronic Health Records, and Clinical Data Structure / Data Exchange
- Executive presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex data sets
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Ability to program in SQL (preferred)
- Medicare, Medicaid or Individual Health Plan experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Revenue Integrity and HEDIS/STARS business functions (preferred)
- Knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements for government business (preferred)
- Process mapping and discovery experience (preferred)
- Certification in SAFe Agile methodology or Project Management Professional (preferred)
