Job Requirements
- 2-8 years experience in public accounting required
- 1+ years experience with state and local tax compliance and/or consulting required
- 1+ years experience with transaction advisory due diligence support on state and local tax matters preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent required
- Master's Degree in Taxation preferred
- Juris Doctorate Degree preferred
- CPA preferred
- Exceptional writing skills
- Strong accounting, analytical, technical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Willingness to travel on a limited basis
